GMC Lessons in Methodist Roots series

John Wesley once asked a simple but powerful question: “What may we reasonably believe to be God's design in raising up the people called Methodists?” The answer shaped a movement that continues to impact lives around the world today.
We invite you to join us for Methodist Roots, a seven-week teaching series from the Assembly of Bishops that explores the people, experiences, convictions, and practices that gave rise to the Methodist movement. Through the stories of John and Charles Wesley, Susanna Wesley, early lay preachers, class meetings, and the means of grace, we will discover how God used ordinary people to spread scriptural holiness across the land.
